"Spot the TV??? 🤣

We are huge fans of hiding a TV whenever possible, and that's exactly what we did with our latest project 'MAPLE' at @linnaeuscollection.

In this design, we incorporated a clever joinery cupboard to house the TV. When you simply want to relax by the fire 🔥, you can effortlessly slide the doors closed. And when it's time to enjoy a movie (or watch the Matilda's in action ⚽), you just leave the doors open.

Now, let me address the question of expense. Is this an expensive feature? Well, the answer is both yes and no. Yes, the joinery does add to the overall cost. However, it actually saved us money compared to using the stunning @gathercoaustralia stone to run the full height. So, in this particular case, it's a win-win situation. The TV remains out of sight, and we were able to stick to our budget 🙌👌."

🌴☀️💗 “Ever wondered how a holiday in Bali can uplift your soul? Hidup di Bali itu baik untuk jiwa (Life in Bali is good for the soul).

Before this trip, I thought I was ‘Bali’d out,’ but boy, was I wrong. Bali truly feels like my ‘soul home.’ It’s a place where life slows down, and the concept of ‘Bali time’ becomes a reality. Whether you’re basking under the sun or stuck in traffic, it doesn’t matter. Just immerse yourself in the Balinese way of life.

And let’s talk about the food! Bali is a foodie heaven, offering a diverse range of cuisines from fancy to simple. You can find pretty much any dish you can think of on this beautiful island. For me, the search for my favorite meal, ‘Ikan Pepes’ (fish in banana leaf), has always been on my food adventure. Luckily, @ulekanbali always has this delicacy on their menu, satisfying my cravings every time.

But it’s not just the food that inspires me here. Bali’s design scene knows no bounds. From stunning restaurants to beach bars, hotels, and villas, I’m constantly blown away by the creativity and innovation found in every corner. It fuels my own creativity and leaves me in awe.

Now, let’s talk about the ocean. Do I come to Bali for the beaches? Nope. Unless I’m exploring the other islands, I prefer spending my time by the pool, simply soaking up moments of pure relaxation.
